The terroir of this plot is characterized by its constant freshness and humidity throughout the year. This condition favors a prosperous and abundant underground life, with intense biological activity. The presence of hedges and a nearby stream allows this biodiversity to develop rapidly throughout the year, both in terms of bacteria and insects.
Located in the lower part of a small geological circus called the Gorges du Cormont, this plot is mainly made deeper with a layer of Campanian chalk located more than 2.40 meters deep.
